This year marks the 30th birthday for Speedway Children’s Charities. Since 1982, over 47 million dollars has been raised to help children at risk across America. It’s a time to celebrate. As the newest member of family, Kentucky Speedway is honored to take on the mission of Speedway Children’s Charities, helping children in need in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.
On March 12th and March 14th I met our partners from Feed The Children bringing disaster relief trucks to assist the communities of Holton, Indiana, Moscow, Ohio and Campbell County Kentucky. Our intention was to help these communities recover from devastating storms and tornadoes that moved through our region on March 2nd. Kentucky Speedway and the Kentucky Speedway Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities saw this effort as our “call to action”.
